"I was pleased to be able to find the style I was looking for. Shipping was quick and item arrived in good shape.
Unfortunately, although I ordered the size indicatd by the sizing information, it was considerably too small. I needed to order a replacement and pay $29 for express shipping. The next size was also too small so I had it altered.
Customer "service" was really good at quoting policy regarding shipping fees. I felt that since the problem was caused by their inadequate sizing information, the company should pay the shipping. I was told that sizing varies among styles and therefor they were not responsible.
My feeling is provide accurate information, sell a product you can stand behind and provide appropriate customer service.
