"I ordered some of the most expensive items they carry a chain and matching bracelet, however the chain was the wrong weight and width and did not match the size of the bracelet. I called several times and only got a voicemail, however Mary replied to my email and after several back and forth emails and eventually having to threaten them with going public on my highly followed twitter account and high traffic website they replied with a solution and sent me the right size and weighted chain that was actually a lot more in weight than the chain listed. The clasps don't match the bracelet, but the chain is flawless and the extra weight made up for any discrepancies. Overall they are a good company and will do the right thing in the end if you have a problem. Good email communication and fast response. I think the problem is that they may not be fully inspecting the products sent from the manufacturer, which lead to issues with customer satisfaction. They also honored a 2 year old discount and store credit I was issued due to a problem with the postal service, which wasn't their fault to begin with. I will be buying from them again and would recommend them to others! "
