"I ordered from this site because I was in a hurry and was guaranteed delivery within 7 days of order. I received no notification that delivery would be late and sent several emails chasing things up (of which I received no timely response). Finally after spending 10 minutes on hold I was told that they company had a large amount of orders and will not get my order to me until next Monday 29th of March (order arrived 27/3/10). The woman on the phone apologized and said that they have had a large volume of orders and this has made them behind on delivery (doesn't this normally happen in spring? people buy plants?). I have contacted the company with a complaint, which they never bothered to respond to. "
