"I ordered the XBOX 360 Console and an extra controller. Delivery date was to be 11-15-2005, which was understandable.
Around October 1st, I wanted to add some games to my order, but couldn't get the web site to open. After multiple attempts to contact this company by email and phone, I was unsuccessful.
I am currently working with my credit card company to dispute these charges. I used Paypal to process my payment and they were not able to refund my payment.
If this company was having difficulties, I wish they would have at least canceled my order & refunded my money.
Now I might be out of $449.98, and I cannot afford to be. This was Christmas for both of my boys."
"Despite any doubt I had going into this deal, my v1.6 Power Suppy showed up today in my mailbox. I opened the package up and, voila, before me was the Power Suppy, wrapped in two seperate bubble wrap packagings and taped shut with packing tape just to be sure it was completely safe. I grab my XBox, plug it in, hook up the connector and the XBox turns on. Unbelievable.
