"DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND DON'T EVEN ENTERTAIN SUPPORTING OR SERVICING WHAT THEY SELL! I BOUGHT A WLTOYS V912 HELICOPTER THAT FLEW 3 TIMES AND THE MOTOR STOPPED WORKING. I HAD IT FOR 2 DAYS, EMAILED THEM AND SAID IT WAS "PROBABLY A LOOSE WIRE FROM AN IMPACT" THERE WAS NOT IMPACT OR LOOSE WIRE... IF YOU SHOP HERE SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND JUST GO TO THE TOILET NOW AND FLUSH YOUR MONEY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED."

"I purchased a Firewolf F106 from thinkrc.com. The price was good and shipping was quick but when I got the helicopter, it didn't fly anywhere close to correctly. The fake squash plate rattled due to a egregious design error. It would also stick to one side so when you wanted to hover, the would go around and around in circles. Yes, I'm quite aware of how the remote works with the demo mode and ability to flip the controls from stick to stick and this was not the case.

Upon returning the helicopter to thinkrc, I waited a week and had to call them to make sure they got it. I live just a few miles away from their headquarters. The staff was extremely friendly but I was told their tech flew that helicopter and others and it operated just fine and they wouldn't replace the helicopter. They then informed me that I would have to pay the shipping in order to get my helicopter back. So now, this little pile of junk is going to cost me $50 instead of the original $30!

Upon getting the chopper home, there was a piece of hair stuck in the rotor assembly. Hope whoever got tagged with it at the shop didn't mind much. No big deal, right? It wouldn't have been had the chopper flew at all at that point. I charged it, flew it and immediately upon taking off it veered to the rear, even with the stick all the way to the front. It also had that chatter that threw the helicopter off course and as a kicker, the damned thing wouldn't charge correclty anymore. After a thoroughly disappointing set of flights, I figured I would have more fun with what turned out to be the most expensive mini rc helicopter I've ever purchased, by introducing it to the ground at about 60 mph. Then my foot took a few turns and a hammer followed up for good measure.

Next step, go buy another S107G from xheli and write a review like this one so you guys don't purchase this crappy chopper from thinkrc. It's a shame, too because the people there are very nice but that's the best thing I can say about the company. Doesn't really make up for the trouble and money spent on what turned out to be nothing but frustration.
