Months have gone by since my order - silence

"It's been months since my order, and it still has not arrived. 5+ emails sent to various addresses listed in their confirmation email and website, with a grand total of 0 responses. Very unsatisfactory experience thus far, with no hope of receiving my item in sight."

Slow shipping & wrong parts

"Their website says they ship within 24 hours. After a week of no communication I emailed them to ask what's up? No response but I did receive a shipping notification a couple of days later. So, a week goes by and the part arrives. It's wrong. I ordered the correct part by IBM / Lenovo part number. They sent a totally different part number which was incorrect. Called their phone number and was given the option of leaving a message. Also sent a return authorization request. No response yet. I may just order this part from another vendor and call it a day. Feeling some bad vibes here............$147.90 System Board."

Hello... Anyone home

"I ordered a Thinkpad Battery from them on December 17th of 2015. One month later I have nothing. They don't answer their phones or return calls or answer emails. Awful Company. Go somewhere else"

"Awful, just awful experience, will never do business with again. They never replied to any of my email inquiries. I had to call several times after a week had gone by with no indication of shipping. Apparently I was told there server went down, they finally shipped it. It arrived only to my dismay they were the wrong parts, but also used!! IT appears all they do is throw together bits and pieces from used machines and claim these as your order. I called to no avail and apparently they didn't like my complaints and said they'd just refund my order.

BUYER BEWARE to me it was awful service and a scam!!

"I ordered a new LCD for my Thinkpad ( I also purchased the Thinkpad from this vendor years ago). Not only was their service excellent, I could not find the LCD for a price anywhere near this vendor's price. I do not believe you should trash a computer when you like it and are satisfied with the performance. The new LCD was all my machine needed to make it like new. I recommend this vendor to everyone."

"My purchase of a hard-to-find Thinkpad T-400S replacement LCD panel from ThinkPad-Parts/Advanced Computer Services went very well. They assisted me over the phone to select the correct screen from their web site, told me that a large order of them was arriving in a few days and that mine would be included. Their email communication about the order was prompt and thorough. Indeed, the panel arrived on time, carefully packed, intact, as described, apparently new, free from dead or stuck pixels. The price was reasonable and significantly less expensive than buying from Lenovo-IBM directly. On the basis of this experience I'd buy from them again and recommend them. "

"The product I received was USED (not even refurbished) in very poor condition. (scratched, dirty, bent wire lead, bent fan exhaust fins, degraded insulation foam). No where during my purchase process (and I looked very closely) did they mention that this is a used/refurbished unit.


On the up-side, when I contacted them they were courteous and sent me a return authorization (for the entire purchase price) very quickly - Though I believe they should have also refunded the shipping charges after shipping me such a sub-par unit
