"This is sad, I have used this company before with no problem and with good quality results. However, on December 21st I placed an order (#412304) and paid for it with my back debit card, and as of January 14, 2023, have not received my package, which is unusual. My order is still at this moment according to their records, for whatever reason "unfulfilled". I tried contacting the Things4Fun, and I have discovered that is absolutely not possible, their "contact us" area leads you in a circle which takes you to an area that finally informs you "The store owner has not yet configured a contact form for this website." A wee bit suspicious in my book. I did, somewhere locate an email address to an "Edward" explaining the situation to him and giving him both my email addresses and telephone number, but received no response. There IS a physical address in Florida, but what good does that do? After years of doing business with "Things4Fun," this is my first really BAD experience with them. BE LEARY!!!"

"9/23/2019 - I placed an order on this site, received confirmation of my order, but have not received any shipping confirmation. My credit card was subsequently charged, however there is no phone number in which to contact store/seller and my emails have gone unanswered. I have no idea when or if I will ever receive my order.
Update - 10/7/2019 - Finally received my order. I ordered size small/medium and while the tags were marked as such, these items are HUGE. None fit and not confident that returning them would even be worth the time or effort since it took so long to receive my items and you cannot get in touch with anyone and no one returns emails (the only way to communicate, albeit its a one-way communication with this company)."
"They have basically everything, and prices are usually competitive. The only downside is that shipping is a little expensive, and they don't have live out-of-stock indicators, so you might order something that is out-of-stock and not know it. You'll get it eventually, but it does take quite a bit longer than you would have expected."

The main improvements I would make to their site/service are these; to establish a cut-off for shipping orders same-day and stick with it; and to expand the product selection in some categories, though in others it is already outstanding. "This store is a scam. Their website does not list a phone number. Dumb that I did not check them out more before a purchase. I received an email confirmation from them for my order (charging my credit card) and since then, nothing. I have contacted them by email 3 times with no reply. I searched Google for a phone number and got one that is a residential number, not a business."
