"Had placed an order from them via Rakuten.com. They sent me a shipping confirmation and then decided to cancel the order. They blamed Rakuten.com but when I asked for an explanation, they decided not to respond at all and it has been over a week. They still list the product at a higher price so classic case of Bait and switch. Buyer beware."
