"I placed an order through this company for two glass pitchers. The order was received promptly, but the packaging was ridiculously inadequate and the pitchers arrived shattered. There is no phone number to contact this company, the customer service website listed on PayPal for the company no longer exists, and the email contact listed on PayPal bounces back. I have not received any response to the two emails that I sent through the Westview website. Beware! Scam artists. Do not order from here. "
"I was happy with how fast the shipping was, but when I received the product, it was a counterfeit version of the actual product. I had a glass set that I was wanting to expand and found it on Westview, and when I opened the box, it was a similar product that was of far inferior quality. I tried to contact them via email and got no response, and I cannot find their phone number anywhere to call."
"Placed the order on 04/24/2012. The item shipped the next day and was delivered on 04/27/2012. The item was exactly as described, and packaged very professionally.
I will definitely consider this vendor in the future when shopping. They are having a technical issue with their automated tracking email system, but when I called to inquire, I received a prompt response as to it's status, along with a follow-up email with the tracking number."
