2 Strikes and You're Out!

"Have placed two orders from the Vault and both showcased their horrible customer service and communication.

First order was placed for custom cut scooter handlebars. The overall length was correct but they were uneven - which looked ridiculous. I contacted them 3 times about the issue with nor response. I ended up filing a claim with PayPal to get a refund. The still didn't respond.

The 2nd order I placed was on Sunday April 3th. I emailed them 2x with the second time being on Friday April 8th, which they responded that it would be shipped today. If i wouldn't of emailed, who knows it it would have been filled. They advertise orders being shipping within 2 days.
