"I am very pleased with the small table and chairs for my new breakfast area. One chair was a little wobbly but other than that it is solid and not shabby chic but a true off white. Loss of one star due to poor communication on delivery date. Order date gave one date and a follow up gave a different date and I knew I would be out of town. When I contacted the company, I was told item was being processed and would be delivered according to date on order form...had not even shipped. Set was delivered next day! A few days later I received an email that item was being shipped. They seemed to have a break down in communications in house."
"I ordered a dining room table and chairs, and the quality is outstanding. They were made by East West Furniture, an importer of excellent hardwood. There was absolutely no cosmetic defect on the table or any of the six chairs. Assembly took a couple of hours for one person, but was very easy. Perhaps one or two washers were not included but easily replaced by spare ones I already had. For an item such as this, shipping was very fast, within 10 days off placing the order. My only disappointment was that The Simple Stores did not provide up to date shipping info. I received a call from FedEx Ground a few hours before delivery. According to the online information, the items had not yet shipped. It worked out fine, and I would not hesitate to order from them again."

"The barstools were great, but one was missing the entire back in the box. The store quickly got in touch with the manufacturer, but then communication about when it will be shipped/status...etc was lacking. I did finally get a whole other bar stool delivered instead of just the missing back."

"Sadly I did not have a great experience because I received my order but it was damaged in the box. I tried calling the original manufacturer to request what I needed but they didn’t have anything and told me to return/exchange it. So I requested an exchange for replacement. The replacement arrived quickly but it also arrived with very similar defects as my first order. At this point I requested a return and refund, the customer service was excellent and they proceeded to process my refund and picked up the order. Maybe I just had bad luck with the company but the customer service was very understanding and helped me out. I may still consider ordering from them again. "
