"I ordered my daughter's bridesmaid dress for my son's wedding from TheDress.com as did another bridesmaid. We both had so many bad issues with them that I do not receommend them to anyone. Despite giving them all the measurements they wanted and after various emails with them not understanding my measurements, we got the dresses and both were too small! They do not provide any way of replacement or exchange. I tried to call them on the number listed on their site (a US phone number) only to find out the number has been disconnected! They stated they weren't in the office when I called - you don't get a recording like that if it's a missed call. I find out later that they aren't even a US based company.
If you don't want a bad product DO NOT order from them. I paid with PayPal and did get my money back now we have to find another dress."

"I ordered my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses from thedresses.com and received them in UK within the agreed time. The cut and style was similar to the image, disappointed with the bridal dress material as it did not match the image and that the bridesmaids dress sizes were incorrect despite several emails to which the staff did respond to quickly and seemed helpful.

Be aware though this is not a US based company they are in fact located in Hong Kong."
