"We are a AED from this company because truthfully it was the cheapest. The customer service rep that help me was very friendly and helpful. Sending information about several different types of AED's. We bought the HeartStart because this is the one that our doctor has used in the past and knew the most about. When ordering I made sure that it came with the wall mount and the signage to place within our office. The rep assure me it did and he actually double check. So we order the device and it shipped. When the items arrived the wall bracket was broken I email the rep and he said there was no way he could ship out another one. He did send so signs that were just printed on plain paper(looks very cheap) because of this I am giving a 4 star. "
