Searching their website for what I wanted was easy and the order process was simple. My parts were shipped quickly. When my parts arrived I found that one of the boxes was torn and had been re-taped, and one of the parts was missing. I contacted thebrakeguys by email and got a fast response. They were going to follow up with the shipping company, but also immediately sent out a replacement part. I felt compelled to do this very positive review because of the excellent customer service.
