"The batteries that were shipped were the wrong batteries, even though they had provided a picture of what was to be shipped and the shipping list had the correct batteries on it! I requested to have the correct batteries sent, which they agreed to reship with correct batteries. Those batteries never arrived. They could not track the shipping since they did not use a trackable shipping method (it was a small order so they said they just used standard USPS mail). I have now requested a full refund and will go elsewhere to buy my batteries."
