"I purchased a Remer by Nameeks chrome faucet (order # 5297745) that, unfortunately, comes with non-standard flexible supply lines (the diameter is smaller than standard 3/8" or 1/2") that have to be replaced because they're too short to reach the supply valves. I've spent the last hour searching online for replacements that will fit. No luck. Which means I won't have a working faucet for probably weeks until I can order from Italy, where the faucet was manufactured.

"Not able to return, after 30 days. I purchased this 6 months ago, and was a nightmare to install. The cabinet comes with no backing, the only thing that will hold this cabinet is (2) plastic bracelets on a set of Z hooks. This is not including the sink that was sold on a set. The sink does have holes to mount it on the wall but you can not tighten them due to the sink being Is porcelain. Over 50 lbs. is depending on 2 plastic bracelets. I didn't feel safe hanging this floating cabinet. It would of been smart if the manufacturer would add backing to the cabinet. Or L bracelets to the bottom if the cabinet for extra support. Very expensive cabinet with cheap materials. On top if that, the sink is not flush with the wall. I added a lazer to see if the wall was the issue, NO you can tell the porcelain sink has a small bow in it. "
"We ordered a very expensive porcelain sink that arrived damaged (by the shipper). Bathoutlet had us take a few pictures and email them back. In a few days, we had a new sink. I was relieved that the process was so quick because our contractor was on the job and any delay would have held up the whole project."
