"Ordered some refills on 12/09/2010 and received a confirmation the same day. My account was charged the next day. The confirmation said items ship in a few business days and would be shipped priority mail. A month has gone by with no emails returned and no contact number available on their site. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau and recommend anyone else with similar issues to do the same. If you have not yet had the misfortune of ordering from them, stay away!"
"Wow, I wish I'd found this site or done my research first. The Writer's Edge was the only company I could find that sold refills for AG Spalding pens, so I went for it. My experience mirrors that of the other reviewers. After three weeks, my order has not arrived, and I receive two ridiculous emails, one an autoreply and the other from the company president who provided no shipping details, saying they pray my order arrives soon.
I will also try to get a refund, as others have mentioned, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to get one. Although the money I spent was under $10, the expectation of having ink for a gift pen I received made me hopeful that I'd be able to use it. I just hate dishonesty and getting bilked. Don't use this company. "

I still have not received my order. The item was not identified as back-ordered. The latest date it should have arrived came and went last week. An email to customer service last week has so-far gone unanswered. They do not publish a customer service telephone number - now I know why.
I emailed customer service again today, threatened to stop payment through my credit card company if I don't hear from them in 24 hours.
Will never order from this company again and I advise anyone reading this review to find another vendor."
