"I placed my order: Monday, Oct 10
They emailed the PayPal invoice: Friday, Oct 14
I paid with PayPal: Friday, Oct 14
I received my order: Friday, Oct 21

I called on Oct 14 (morning) to ask when I would receive the PayPal invoice; I got an answering machine and did not leave a message; in the evening, I received the invoice.

I emailed them on Oct 21 morning, asking for a tracking number. The box arrived later that day. I did not get a response from them.

The products are fine. Purchasing from an unknown/small merchant is a gamble. It would have been reassuring to get the invoice quicker, and a tracking number would have been nice.
