"I placed an order and my credit card was immediately charged but no products was sent. I tried contacting them but had no success. I will have to go through the hassle of filing a dispute with my credit card. Anyway, I think it is really offensive that this walking canes store would use canes to cheat customers. Perhaps the goal is to go after older people who dont know any better. In my case this product was for my father who is 80 and recently fractured his hip. So in addition to the losses on the order he has not had the cane he needed to get around and is in pain. Thanks."
