"I was literally on the phone for hours trying to get help. I was pushed around on the phone to several people and then, I was told to call another number and the person had no idea what I was talking about. Then, I tried again and asked at customer service for an agent to help and they gave me a number that said, no one available. I tried calling the other person back and he told me he didn't write health insurance, but some other guy on the phone did. I was trying to tell him I didn't understand what was going on and why I was told to call an individual carrier, and they guy said, he was ending my call and hung up on me."
