"This place gets one star because I still received the product I ordered, even though I couldn't return it. I knew when I finally stumbled across a website that still sells replacement mouthpieces for Titan 1 Vapes, it had to be too good to be true, and sure enough, it was - sorta. I still got the mouthpieces, however, the vape I bought it for turned out to be damaged beyond repair...so I attempted to begin the return process as per their supposed Returns Policy. I would understand if there was a problem returning certain items, however my item never left the packaging, and there was nothing in the "policy" stating no returns on mouthpieces. A whole two weeks later, I've gotten nothing from anyone despite numerous emails and messages through the site. Now I'm here because I know if I post this review on vapevetstore.com, it'll get taken down for being too honest. Please, please, PLEASE do NOT shop here unless you have absolutely no intention of returning your item or needing REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"

Unfortunately, I purchased a steamcloud box mod vape-kit + dry herb cartridge from the vape vet store. It arrived defective and unusable. I have attempted to reach them daily since 9/30/21, the day it arrived, with no response. There is no apparent way to reach them other than email. I have lost patience along with my money. "I received a defective portable vape on Friday and today I tried contacting them again, for the 5th time. Reply to an email notification from them, 3 times through their website contact and today, the following Friday, through Facebook messenger. I have not received any kind of response from them. It looks like once they have your money you are no longer important to them. Next week if I have not heard from them I will contact my bank to reverse the charge. I wish I had read the other review from someone who received a defective unit before I purchased from them. Evidently they do not honor their easy returns and refunds. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone."

"Great tasting vapor, and I love the digital temperature control. Long lasting battery!
I feel it is a little heavy and bulky for portable use but I purchased it for home use so no big deal (you can't beat a Launch Box for true portability).
If you lay the unit on its side the material in the chamber can clog the holes in the glass straw, but is not an issue for me as my unit will stand on its own and I don't vape laying down.
With all that said I love the vaporizer.

I was torn between the Atmos Astra for its 3 in 1 capability and Apex for its 10 min timeframe before the emergency shut off as well as the review showing how the herb is entirely roasted without being ignited. "Ordered a yocan 94f tank from the vape vet store and I'm very impressed. although I am not impressed with this site as I just wrote a review and did not see it posted. Anyways package arrived quite quickly and was ready for use. The tank has a pretty big bowl size and holds a good amount of herbs. Nice, quality, sturdy build. Handy mouthpiece packer is convenient for on the go smoking. Simply press the mouthpiece down 'while tank is intact and attached to battery' and pack your bowl right next to the head. Which is also nice heating up quickly at low wattage. With the sigelei 75w battery set at 27.7w, it burned the first head out in the tank. It included 2 replacement heads so I gave it another go at 5w and came to the conclusion that it works best anywhere from 5 to 10 watts. Package includes 2 heads the tank and a cleaning tool. Daniel down at the vape vet store was kind enough to send me a new head no charge. Excellent service, quick shipping and quick reply to any problem or concern. Highly recommended"
