"Brought my cleaner in for repair back in the beginning of December.I still do not have it repaired and returned to me.
They said they were waiting for parts because Hoover closes for Christmas.Well its January 24th HOW LONG ARE THEY CLOSED FOR!!!!!
How can Hoover be in business when they close for over a Month(cough cough)
I will never shop here again and suggest you think twice if your thinking about it.

"Ordered parts and received them in good condition, but merchant did not mail them for almost 2 weeks. I called ahead of time to verify that the item was in stock, and when calling to follow up, I was told that they were busy processing my order."
