The first via the web was promptly dispatched with confirmation emails for everything including tracking - excellent, will use them again.
The second, placed by phone has still not arrived, with no confirmation email [credit card not billed]. I thinsk that they may have been affected by 'Hurricane Katrina' [Sept 2005], but still no news or updates."
