"I ordered towels for a local golf team's season in August of last year, and paid for them up front by credit card! The card got charged and they emailed saying the towels were on the way...we never received them. Called back and they said something happened but they would send them right out...never received them! Sent emails and was told they didn't know what happened but that the towel we ordered was no longer available, but that they would ship me a similar towels...it was now October and we still never received them. Well it is now almost a year. My card was charged way back in August for towels that we still have never received!!!"
"This company is a massive scam. I placed an order for 24 flat king-size sheets on March 7th, in order to use as the backdrop for a small party in our garage. I got an invoice number saying a FedEx tracking number would follow. Never did.
March 31, my sheets still had not arrived. I called and spoke with “customer service” and was told that my shipment is showing “en route” and should arrive in 2 days. Fine.
April 4, order still not here. I call again, and am told the order is en route and would arrive in 2 days. I said, that is what the last person told me, please send me a FedEx tracking number so that I can track it myself. Guy says itll arrive in my email in 2 minutes.
An hour goes by, and still no email. I called yet again, and talk to a different person in customer service, explaining my situation and that I also never got a tracking number. He puts me on hold, and then comes back and tells me that he is very sorry, but it seems like my order got lost in transit??? and they no longer have that item in stock for another 2 months.
Needless to say I canceled my order, and now I have to scramble to try to find more sheets for a party I have in less than a week. Thanks a lot for nothing! AVOID. "

If you have any issues with this company, please report them to the Better Business Bureau. "I purchased over $800 in hand towels and golf towels in Dec. 2020. It was supposed to be free shipping but they charged me almost $90 for shipping. I received the hand towels right away but they never shipped the golf towels. I called and they said they were ALL backordered. I called again in January, after they marked my order as complete on Jan. 13. I called and they stated they had been shipped. When I still didn’t receive them by the beginning of February I called again and they claimed the shipment had been lost and they would resend it. I never received it and began calling approximately 20 times every day. I’d either get an answering machine or someone would pick up and immediately hang up. I finally filed a complaint through PayPal and PayPal reimbursed the money for the golf towels but I’m still out almost $90 for shipping that was supposed to have been free. "
