"I strongly suggest you avoid this online retailer. I took the chance with them by ordering a simple item. I ordered a vent pipe that was indicated on their site to ship within 24 - 48 hours. After almost three weeks and repeatedly trying to call them I finally got someone on the phone and they canceled the order. They did promptly refund though. They are very very difficult to communicate with. I had to call many days before anyone picked up the phone. They have an answering machine they say but you cannot leave a message since there is no space it tells you. I faxed them my concern about the order. I got no reply. I emailed the address they give on their website for customer service. I got no reply. One week into this ordeal I got them on the phone and they told me the item was going to be drop shipped from the vendor and they had already made that request to the vendor. I waited and waited ...then I went through the hassle of making many calls too them over a number of days in a row before a young man picked up the phone. He promised to contact the vendor and let me know the status of the order. He did not give any response. After several more days I was finally able to get someone on the phone and now after 20 days they said they could cancel the order. They blamed the troubles on the vendor not drop shipping. Even if this is true The Supply House is not reliable since they seldom have anyone to answer the phone and when they do answer they don't follow through on their promises. I suggest you stay away from these folks no matter how appealing their prices and website may seem."
