"Excellent customer service. I was looking for a hard to find part for a 15 year old spa, searched online, sent emails to five different places. One company responded to my emails. The Spa Mechanic responded within an hour with information, a picture of the part, and a link. I hadn't sent enough information, so I sent more info and pictures of my part. Response was within minutes with information, a picture, and research to back up the information. These guys are right on top of it.
