"I ordered software from this company. They didn't deliver and didn't respond to my many emails or a phone call. After two and half months, I finally contacted the FTC and filed a complaint. (I suggest you do the same as each violation of their 30-day rule is an $11,000 fine.) Then, I called their ISP and filed a complaint. Finally, I called police department for the town they are operating out of. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with an officer describing my problem. He said he would call them and he did. Within 20 minutes, the owner of www.rochnet.net called me at my home. He blamed his lack of response to my emails on his spam-blocker. He didn't explain his lack of response to my phone calls. He said that he was going to resend the package. Ten minutes after that, he called again with a tracking number for the package.
So, my issue with this "company" is resolved, but, I wouldn't assume that they are going to deliver any other packages without direct contact. I found them by using the Whois function for rochnet.net at www.netsol.com.
