Got email confirmation including the delivery date. A phone call on the morning to say they were on their way and it was delivered at 9am, well wrapped and clean! After my son was left waiting months when he ordered a bed from Argos and my daughter left sleeping on a sofa when deliveries were postponed from an online firm, it is a pleasure to have such a straightforward transaction with a firm which lives up to its reputation."
