"This was my first purchase from the slackstore in a few years. They have very bad customer service in my opinion. They do not respond to emails on order status at all. At least in my case. I placed an order in June, emailed them about the order status in July and in September and they never responded. I found this unacceptable. Now I did preorder slack 13.0 and some other items but I wanted to know the release date or were they going to ship all my items at once. My order arrived on 9/24. The same day I called the bank to ask for a charge back! So I had to call them back and let them know I got the darn order. Now, to be fair slackware has some very satisfied customers and are a close nit community. I know slackware is a small company but they need improvement in the customer service department in my opinion. My point is if you shop here be warned, they may be slow on shipping orders and may not respond to emails."
