"Ordered a range bag from this site on March 1 2010. Noted after about five days that item was still on order and went to site to check status. It indicated processing. Used the sites contact system twice over the next few days and received no reply either time. Noted no phone number on the contact page. Coming up on two weeks time on order I emailed them at the email address on site, again no response. After looking around on site I found their contact phone number. Today March 17 it still showed processing staus so I called them and fortunately they answer their phone and cancelled order. If a business doesn't have the time to answer emails and their own contact system I refuse to deal with them in addition to obviously not stocking what they sell and keeping you in the dark."
