This one time I had to bring back a Marmot Halo 4P tent I had bought 40 days earlier because on my first 3 days camping trip rain water leaked inside and I was very positive of that. I showed the CS personnel videos and photos of the leaks, however they refused to replace it and let me go with same leaking tent on the next camping trip, next day.

Myself I would avoid them in the future and advise you to do the same save for keeping the receipt and really verify your merchandise in the next 30 days after the sale."
