"Bought 2 EPSON T802XL120 cartridges that the printer rejected as unknown. They could not be used. Emailed for replacements, but was told no. The reason was the cartridges were ordered 13 months ago and they have a 12-month warranty. These sat unopened in my file cabinet until I needed them. I understand the policy as stated, but still a bad experience as they were never opened and were new in the shipping box. Buy from another vendor or use your cartridges ASAP when received. "
"I truly do trust them. They know what is right or wrong and will tell the customer. I only use HP printers. They told me that some HP's have a devise with in, that tells the printer that the ink is NOT HP. The printer will not work. Bet you did not know that. All black ink from the above ink co. has the material added in. But not the color ink. I want to buy all of my Ink from the above company. Already have their Ink add kit and want to buy a new set of XL cartridges and some of the added material that I will add to their color cartridges. The ink refilling was easier than I thought, and the ink works beautifully.....
The trick to refilling cartridges?? ......
Work slowly, allow cartridge to drip excess ink "for a few hours" before installing......
Then print a few color intensive pages,red/blue/yellow, or black.
