"First time I have ordered from the Pepsi store and will be the last. I ordered a sweatshirt for my wife for Christmas around November 19th and never received it. After calling they told me their supply was delayed and I would receive it by January 24th. On January 29th I still haven't received it so I call again, this time being told it wouldn't be shipped until February 24th. Needless to say I cancelled the order. Who knows when or if I ever would have got the sweatshirt. Not one time was I notified that there was going to be a delay on shipping. Poor customer service at it worst. If you want to play a game of when will I get my stuff, go ahead and order from them. I never will again."
