Delayed Overpriced Shipping

"I ordered the plug-in clock nightlight for $11 on sale but had to pay $7.99 for shipping. This was April 3. Each day the shipping date got pushed back. Then I received emails offering me Free Shipping on future orders, which was annoying. I called to ask why my order hadn't been sent. No valid explanation. I asked if I could cancel. They said No because the order had been "Batched for Shipping." Finally I called on April 15 and asked why it had not been sent out. I asked for a manager, which they could not transfer me to. The rep assured me it would be sent out that day. I finally received my order on April 21. The next day I received an email saying they were giving me $5 for all my trouble on a FUTURE order at Paragon!! That will never happen. Never again will I order from them."

Worst online store ever

"It's been 5 months with no answers, they take your money and never hear from them.

This is a scam website to just take the money of people around the world, they changed the email ( Wich is the only way to "contact them" for canddyhub, do not try to do it never, because they are just criminals

Never again.

"The dress I ordered was not at all what was shown in the catalog. Only Dolly Parton could have worn it. It also took 17 days to arrive when it was supposed to take 7-10 days. I sent the dress back and reordered another dress for my daughters wedding reception. The dress showed it was shipped as of the 17th, 10 days after I place the order with expedited shipping. As of the 25th I was still yet to receive the dress and the tracking number was showing the dress had been in Ohio since the 17th. I call the company and I'm told the dress shipped out the 15th. The dress was supposed to arrive in 4-5 business days. After some hastle I find out that the dress has been returned as of the 24th! I was refunded $15.00 of the $75.00 order! The lady i talked to then tells,me I had it sent back, before going on to say that the shipping label,had probably been ruined and thats why it was sent back. I was told,the full amount was refunded now, but we shall see. I will certainly never order from them again

Misrepresenting merchandise

"I ordered the "crystal" hummingbird suncatcher. Thought it a bit pricey at 14.99 but it was supposed to be crystal! Not crystal, not even glass. Cheapest piece of acrylic I ever saw...Dollar Store quality. Emailed customer service but no reply. Save your money and buy from a reputable company!"

HORRIBLE. Ripoff company.

"I ordered a "convertible dress" from Paragon. It showed a photo of a light pink dress that could be converted into 3 styles. What I received was a piece of cheap fabric, so thin you could see THROUGH it....sewn together at the sides. Otherwise it was totally unfinished. Not even hemmed! All of the edges were raw and unraveling. There were snags throughout the fabric . There were also NO instructions on how to create these 3 dresses from this piece of garbage. I called and was told I would have to pay to return it myself. So I ordered a "dress" for $35 that was trash....then was told I had to pay the $13 to return it. This outfit should be put out of business. "

"I already told you I don't have the catalog anymore."
"I don't know what that means."
"I am trying to find the status of my order. I don't have the catalog number."

(Gives address. Long silence.) "Hello?"

"Is there a problem?"
"No. I'll get you that promotion code."
"I didn't ask for a promotion code. I am calling to find out why my order hasn't shipped."
"It takes 3-4 weeks for your order to ship."
"I paid extra for 3-4 DAY delivery."
"I will refund that to you."
"I paid so it would arrive before the 16th. I need it by the 16th."
"It takes 3-4 weeks."
"Please cancel my entire order."
"I will put in a cancellation, but we can't give a refund since it's been processed."
"What does that mean?"
"We can't refund your money."

"Hi, you're calling regarding an order that you purchased with expedited shipping?"

"It appears that something happened and it was never processed. We will fast track this order and call you tomorrow with the correct shipping date."

The next day, no phone call, what a surprise. I call back. The lady tells me that I need to wait 24-48 hours if they say they'll call me. I tell her that he said he'd call me today. She then tells me that my order was delayed because of the winter storms. I inform her that the guy yesterday told me that my order was never processed, so her excuse about winter storms is purely a lie. She then says the order was shipped yesterday. I ask for a shipping number. Then she tells me, "oh, it shipped today." Now, it's going to arrive on the 17th, way past the 3-4 day shipping I paid for on the 6th to get it for an event on the 16th. I then check the order status myself and someone at the company has changed the estimated shipping date from what it said yesterday (as the 16th) to the 13th, so it would look like it was supposed to arrive today, even though it didn't even ship until today. She then tells me she is going to "escalate it", whatever that means, because it's already shipped, and not even Express!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CATALOG!!!! Now I have no dress for an event, I live in a very small town and depend on online ordering as we don't have any stores that sell dresses. This really ****.

Terrible

"I ordered Holy Grail Grail 5 Piece Canvas Set. Took about two months until delivery. Resolution was terrible, pics weren't the same as on the home page. Head of the pics were cutted so I received just the half of the head of Michail Palin. Just CHEAP from the beginning to the end. DON'T BUY THERE !!!"

Disappointed

"I placed a $175+ order. Tried using a promo code on their website with an expiration date of 12/9. (Save $25 plus a flat shipping rate $5.) Wasn’t applied to my bill. I called customer service and the gentleman that I spoke to, who was very nice, told me that the coupon had expired. He put me on hold to make sure that the coupon had expired, but whoever HE SPOKE TO was not willing to honor the coupon. So...I canceled the order. Disappointed because it would have been the perfect Christmas gifts for my family. "

Never again

"I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. I placed an order on November 26 with an expected delivery date of 2-4 December. As of today, 5 December, the items have still not been shipped and one item that was in stock two weeks ago is now on back-order till February 2018. When I called customer service, I was told my order is "in the final stages" of shipment and I will receive it in another 7-10 business days. When I pointed out the discrepancy between their confirmation email, what their website said (guaranteed Christmas delivery if ordered by December 20th) and what she was telling me on the phone, the representative hung up on me. I will NEVER order from this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone to stay as far away from them as possible."

The WORST catalog company!

"I ordered from The Paragon a few months ago and got my order within 2 weeks. The quality of the items were not very good. The sandals I bought were so flimsy that they were deformed from shipping and you could see along the edges excess material from the mold. However the curtains I bought were nice enough considering the price. I said I wouldn't order from them again, yet I got tempted by their last catalog and bought some earrings, ornaments, and a pair of shoes. It has now been 12 days since I ordered and although the items are in stock they haven't shipped. I emailed Customer Service and never got a reply. So I called the number in my confirmation email, which of course led to somewhere in the Middle East, and was told that orders ship out in the order they're received (no kidding, Sherlock!) and that I had to wait until they process orders that were submitted before mine... I told him to take me off the mailing list. The representative was not friendly at all, and didn't ask me if I needed any more help before he said goodbye and hung up. So here I am, days later, with still no change in my order. I am so frustrated with this company and vow never to buy from them again. How this place is even in business is beyond me! Horrible quality, horrible standards, horrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!"

This appears to be a scam...

"I ordered a 5 piece Canvas Picture set with for the college that I attended and they took the money immediately for the item and charged me additionally for shipping via a credit card and sent. They immediately sent me via my email a confirmation of the purchase and even emailed a notice saying the the product had shipped. This was about 10 days ago... I have still not received it and i live about 600 miles away. I call for Customer Service to try and understand why there is a hold up and learn that all of their advertised customer service lines have been disconnected (meaning you can't talk to them). I figure that they have either taken the money and ran or they are a pathetically run organization and will never get another purchase from me. If it is a scam then I think that once these people have been cornered a class action would seem appropriate."

Waiting...waiting...waiting

"I will never order from these incredibly slow con artists again. Here it is two weeks later and the order has not shipped even though listed in stock. When I sent an email last night to cancel, I find that "surprise!" a label has 'been created' for shipment and I should receive it by Friday. (Three weeks after I ordered the dress for my niece's wedding two days ago.) According to tracking, the dress has not yet shipped. I suspect that the items are not in their catalog and only ordered from you when you order from them.
There is no contact information to complain to and they do not respond to their emails. I will never order from them again and will tell all of my friends to stay away.

"my husband ordered a Rivendale canvas 5 piece picture from this company on 5/5/2017....it is NOW 5/22/2017...What the hell!!??!! They have no WORKING number that you can contact these people. No place to TRULY track the item......Is this how you guys do business??? I am surprised you are still in business with the way you do customers. WHERE IS MY 5 PIECE CANVAS PICTURE.......WHY IS THERE NO NUMBER TO CONTACT PARAGON APPAREL??? Well you can be rest assured that I will not be doing anymore business with THIS company! It's sad that you treat your customers like this and you get away with it. Just so you know....You have lost a VERY good customer today....I would have spent thousands of dollars at your website had you not shown such blatant disregard for your customers. Your loss not mine I can find somewhere else to spend MY money where they respect their customers. Good day sirs and madams!!! And good riddance!!! "
