I emailed and got a reply that they couldn't fill my order and even if they could they no longer had my cc information on file?????!!!! I asked if they had ever considering reaching out to me since it had been 6 weeks and they clearly weren't able to fullfill the order... NO ANSWER. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! "

"The cover stock and paper I ordered drilled and scored arrived early. However, the drilling/scoring (standard booklet option) were off center, and I will now have substandard booklets for my event. Buyer beware if you are looking for any sort of customization."
