"I recently ordered at Connect 3D 9500 PRO and an Akasa LED fan with speed control. Since the 9500 PRO was in very short supply at the time, I mailed OCS first to check on its availability. They replied to my mails quickly, and although the 2 items I ordered were eventually shipped separately, they answered all of my questions.
The orders were well packaged on delivery.
Overall a good and efficient service, and I was pleased with the speed of response to queries. They also have an active forum where you can ask Pre-Sales questions and talk to other customers. Also the prices were good, with free delivery. I'd use them again."

"Absolutely horrible service. No one answers the phone half the time, when I get through to someone, they tell me they'll get back to me (which they don't). Waiting 3 months on products. I never complain, I've dealt with bad companies before but always give them the benefit of the doubt. But nothing about my dealings with "OCS" has gone well. Received wrong products. Received only half the order. The rest? Never arrived. Was told several times it was shipped when it wasn't. Have now finally bitten the bullet and asked for a refund. Avoid. Time will only tell if I do actually get my refund."
