Long Story:
I originally placed a pre-order for a scope. I received an email from their customer service confirming I knew the item was a pre-order and asking if that was ok. We emailed back and forth a couple times in a day discussing if I wanted to keep the pre-order or cancel/change the order in any way. I received a call the following day so we could figure out what to do faster than through email. I ended up canceling my initial pre-order and placing an order for a similar scope. The new order was confirmed and shipped within an hour after the call. "
