"I have been trying to reach the online store, inc. for months. The number listed on the email confirmation "cannot be reached from my calling area", and the number on my original invoice (1-***-***-****) is just an answering service with a woman trying to sell me something that has nothing to do with my order. When I said I was trying to reach the online store, she gave me another number and insisted it was "the number that will help me". When I asked what it was or is it for the online store, she said "its just the number that will help you, goodbye" and hung up on me!!! When I called that number (1-***-***-****) it was for ADT security alarm sales!? I am outraged with their customer service and have a feeling that I have been taken advantage of. I did not EVER receive my product that I ordered, or any calls back to give me a refund or allow me to buy a new item. This is just wrong. Rather than risk it, spend your money elsewhere."

"I would have to agree that this store is a scam. I placed my order 11/8/13 and received immediate email delivery of the receipt and my credit card was charged. I also go the automated follow-up email promising delivery update and tracking information in 3-5 days. That did not happen. When you are finally able to reach someone on the phone, I am repeatedly told the item magically shipped that very day and I would be emailed a tracking number no later than the following day. This exact conversation was repeated on multiple occasions. Finally, Klaudia spoke with me before Thanksgiving and had tons of excuses about why the shipping company never picked up the item and now the delivery would be slower than expected with the holidays. The item did arrive at the beginning of December but was badly damaged, not by the shipping company, but due to very poor wrapping at the factory and maybe even directly from the manufacture. We refused the shipment per the instructions sent from Online Store. No one sent us the claim form so I sent many emails with pictures and a description of the damage. I eventually received an email (not within the 7-10 days promised) that they were processing my claim. Turns out this means they are trying to pin the damage on the shipping company and making me wait for refund or replacement while they fight with shipping company about money. No one calls or emails with update and I cannot reach anyone by phone. I finally get a hold of a live person at the end of Dec and of course they cannot get it delivered before yet another holiday. I have to wait for them to update their shipping policies and practices and I am assured a new dresser will ship on Jan 6. Again no communication and when I finally reach someone, they claim they are so backed up due to weather and holiday orders. Funny that an outstanding order cannot be prioritized. In the middle of all this, they claim they have problems sending to gmail so I give them a hotmail. Then maybe they are not typing it in correctly. When I email Klaudia asking for an immediate refund or I will pursue with my credit card, I get an email on Feb 24 telling me the dresser was in Memphis and was being inspected and repackaged and now they have to find a shipper that can get it all the way to my house!! Funny that the original shipping company could make it to my urban address! Still no word from them. When I call and manage to reach a human, I get transferred to voicemail. Just tried online live chat and am told my case is too complicated, they will have to get back to me with an update. But the individual refused to indicate how I would be contacted and when I could expect a response. Guess I will have to dispute this charge with my credit card. Really frustrating as I wanted this item and just cannot figure out what the end game is for OnlineStoreInc. How does this scam generate funds for them? Do some people lose their credit card disputes? This has been the most frustrating online purchasing experience ever. I filed a BBB complaint but obviously customer service and reputation are not a concern for this company. Would love to see the CA AG investigate them."

"You have to force the sale by disputing the charge with your credit card company. It took almost a month and numerous calls telling us the merchandise was shipped by this or that company before we disputed the charge with our credit card company. Once we did this the merchandise showed up within three days by a company not mentioned by the sales people at onlinestoreinc.com

The furniture, when it arrived, was what we ordered and was in good condition and we called the credit card company and allowed the payment to be made.

If you want to save time, dispute the charge after 4 days.

"People in Customer Service were all very nice, they made actions responsibly and promptly, indeed, which was impressive!

About the product, assembling was a bit hard, but we are very satisfied with size, looks, quality, etc.

Fossil stone table top makes me feel the earth.
Heavy, rich table top calms me down.

After I removed dust and polished it, it started shining more gorgeously.

It will goes with any room atmosphere; reddish warm color room, blue and greenish room, white-based room, brown or black room.

We would like to cherish this dining set and use it for a long time.

"Aweful. I have never had such a bad experience with online shopping or customer service in my life. I ordered 2 chairs, I received one and was told the other was on back order. I have called, emailed and left voice mails multiple times and now I cannot get an answer as to when if at all the remaining chair will be sent. They charged my charge card immediately in July and now at the end of November I still am short a chair. I have filed a complaint with the BBB."

"Do NOT DEAL WITH THIS MERCHANT IF YOU RESIDE IN CANADA!! I WAS SHIPPED A HEADBOARD WHICH WAS DAMAGED AND THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR POLICIES, REFUSES TO TAKE DAMAGED ITEM BACK OR EVEN HONOR A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WHEREBY I WOULD TRY AND HAVE IT REPAIRED. I NEGOTIATED THIS AGREEMENT BECAUSE IT HAD ALREADY BEEN TWO MONTHS WITH NO REPLACEMENT IN SIGHT. THEY DO NOT RETURN EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS. "Everything was good except ithe table has a flaw in it. I called claims at the on line store and they said to send a picture to them, i did but was told it did not come out too good so I sent another one and I have sent 3 emails since asking them if they got the picture and they do not respond to let me know what is going on. Otherwise the ease of ordering was great everyone was nice, just waiting to hear a follow up on the table part. I don't think their foolow up is any good."

"It took 5 extra days to recieve the purchase. Then I had to pick up the item because the shopping co. would only deliver in the morning when no one was home. The customer support staff was not very friendly, I couldn't get a tracking number for over 10 days after I paid for the item. The only good thing is I reieved the item, and it had no damage."
