There ad said one thing and they send something else and don't answer back.

"I ordered aussie sussome volume shampoo and sent me aussie miracle volume shampoo. They ad is for aussie aussome shampoo. Now i cant get in touch with them. they don't answer my emaile. So I had to learn the the hard way. I will just use ebay and amazone now they stand there sellers and they will make it good."

Avoid this online outfit

"I ordered a $4.46 item and paid $3.23 for shipping. The listing indicated the item "Usually ship in 3 business days". I received an email confirmation of the order which also stated I would receive an email of when the item would ship. That email was never received (spam filter checked regularly) so after about 2 weeks I inquired as to the status. I got a sort of responsive email indicating the item "had gone out of stock" but also that " it is tentatively scheduled to ship out on Wednesday". A month later I had to inquire again, after nothing received and no updates of any kind. Finally decided to cancel the order as this company clearly is unprepared to give much attention to managing its orders. "

FRAUDULENT COMPANY

"This is the worst online buying experience I’ve ever had. Placed an order for some scissors a month ago, item never arrived. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I was told they would reship the order and that never arrived either. Then I was told they don’t have any of the items listed on their website they have to order them from a third party company and wait until they are shipped to them to be able to ship to a costumer. After all of this mess, over a month goes by, no items ever arrive, they are sold out or unavailable and no apologies. Spoke to John and he was rude as could be. "

customer beware

"If you are considering purchasing from this company, DON'T. I called them about a problem, sent 5 emails and then get a response that shows they never even read the email. THEN I am told that after they check with UPS they can work on resolving the issue. Really? This is the worst customer service I have ever seen from a company"

"Disappointed. I work for the largest bank in the world in the employment classification of a Fraud Claims Analyst. I have YET to receive my products ordered 04.07.2013:

One of which is still reflecting the status of "out of stock", (ZIN Number #404410).
