"My brother bought my sons their x-mas gifts at this store and because they are teenagers and picky made sure he enclosed 2 gift receipts for refund or exchange. The gifts ended up being almost a duplicate of another gift so I tried to return to the Whistler store but found out it is a separate franchise so made a trip to the original store on 4th. Here they said I needed to have the original receipt or get a store credit. I obtained the original receipt from my brother and returned for the 3rd time. The clerk meticulously checked ALL pieces of merchandise (4 individual moon boots) against the gift receipt and then asked me for the original VISA card which of course I did not have since it was a GIFT. I offered my visa which he declined and said they could not do the return!!!! MY advice - buy your North Face products at Atmosphere, Comor, MEC or somewhere they value your business"
