"Don't waste your time ordering from this very unprofessional on-line business. I placed my order for bumgenius diapers and per the instructions on the website expected it to be shipped in 2 business days or to be notified that the items were out of stock. Neither has happened. I have attempted to contact by both email and phone without any response. My next course of action is to notify the credit card company and dispute the charge.

"On May 1, 2008 I placed an order for two medium Jamtots BerryPlush AIO's. I waited four weeks, still no delivery. So I sent an email to customer service, no reponse. I then made a phonecall to the number on the website and a SCREAMING child answered the phone. I asked to talk to an adult and got Vicki on the phone. She said she was busy putting kids down for naps but supposedly looked up my order and said she didn't know what was going on but promised she'd get back to me.
No return phonecall/email. NOTHING. So I placed 3 more calls, and two more emails. NO RESPONSE.
I then called my credit card company and they filed a chargeback and refunded my money. This was all in JULY!!!
Next thing you know I log into my credit card acct online and see that the chargeback was reversed. I call capital one and they tell me she provided them with a UPS tracking # for the order. While on the phone with capital one I tracked the package that clearly was delivered to Parsippany, NJ and was given to the company just to get her money back. I live in MA, nowhere close to Parsippany, NJ. I have pursued this through capital one, her providers, message boards, etc. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN. She clearly has interest in scamming people out of money. After contacting Thirsties about her business ethics, apparently they contacted her and ALL OF A SUDDEN now she's interested in answering my emails. Sickening. Liars and scammers need to know they aren't going to get away with things like this.

"I made an order on June 23, 2008 for two diapers: BumGenius 3.0 and a medium BumGenius AIO. I chose the Natural Peapod over other sites because it didn't charge shipping and because the mama who runs the site has lots of positive feedback on a variety of web sites. However, I did not have a positive experience.

The web site states that most item ship within 2 days and if something is out of stock, you'll be notified within 24 hours. Twenty four hours went by after I placed the order and I received no notification that anything was out of stock. Two days went by and my items didn't ship.

By Friday, June 27, I became a bit concerned and sent an email inquiring about my order. I received no answer to my email, however, on Monday, June 30, the BG 3.0 shipped, but there was a note on my invoice that stated the AIO would ship within 2-3 days. I received the BG 3.0 at the end of that week. However, the AIO still hadn't shipped.

So I waited. One week went by. Two weeks went by. THREE weeks went by. Finally on July 18, I called the phone number and all I got was an answering machine. I sent off another email, hoping the AIO would ship the following Monday.

However, nothing shipped and I didn't receive a reply to the email.

On the morning of July 21, I called and again, got her answering machine. I left a message thinking she'd call back. Heck, I thought maybe she was on vacation and was willing to wait another week. But no - instead, I saw her advertising her site on a message board and actively posting auctions for stuffed animals. Calling back a customer was not a priority.

I finally called my credit card company for a chargeback and received it instantly. I wish I'd done it sooner.

I won't buy from her again. She doesn't return phone calls. She doesn't answer emails. Maybe she was hoping I'd forget about purchase and just keep my money.
