"I ordered an item, payed by credit card, and never received it. All of my attempts to contact their customer service department went unanswered- emails and voicemail recordings. I was never able to speak with a person when I called this "business". I contested the charge with my credit card company and received a permanent credit in this dispute. I will never order from this outfit again!"
