I order a new Pari compressor kit but received an open box item. I emailed them to get a replacement. They sent a new kit to me the next day and everyting worked perfectly. I did not have to bother to return the one they mistakenly sent to me, which also saved me a trip to the post office.
BBB has an A rating for them as well.
