"The Lucky Lemur is a relatively new comer to the lingerie and adult clothing web world. Based out of Miami and shipping from South Florida and Southern California, this online retailer has made a unique, fun, and inviting online shopping experience. I first saw this site about a year and half ago when it looked much different and at the time I was neither impressed or inclined to make a purchase. However, since that time the owners have completely overhauled the site and made it fun and functional.

Featuring a wide selection of adult clothing The Lucky Lemur targets young women with a selection of sexy intimate wear and a growing collection of clubwear and dancewear. Their dancewear section seems to be targeted toward women working in strip clubs or other adult entertainment professions and in correspondence with the company, the admin told me "Our assortment is targeted toward women who want to feel sexy , spice things up, need a inexpensive but fashion forward night out dresses, and those working in various adult entertainment genres."

The site is easy to navigate due in part to the various ways of getting to the same section. There is a easy to use navigation drop down menu on the left side however, being one of a relatively short attention span, I prefer to make my way through with the aid of pictures, of which each section is laid out intuitively with.

The homepage does a nice job of informing you of constantly changing promotions. After spending about 4 weeks or so jumping around sites I saw no less than 6 different promotions ranging from free give aways to a terrific deal a day program which has "no strings attached" as I was told by the admin. The deal a day section not only has a deal with up to 90% off one item everyday but you can also still use any coupons and other promotions (think FREE Shipping) unlike many other competitors. Some other promotions I was particular fond of was one in which they asked customers to submit their own cartoon sketches of their company mascot. The winner was awarded a $100 gift certificate.

The selection seems to get larger every time I visited. The latest update I saw was a great selection of Mix and Match Bottoms & Tops. Although meant for dancewear (yes for those of us who work in strip clubs) I have bought several from them that I use down at the beach. From booty shorts to my favorite g-strings they are a great and inexpensive way to get more for your money and sport something different every time I head to the beach. They come in a plethora of colors and a large assortment of styles.

Worth noting besides the mix & match and the club dresses, is the growing assortment of costumes that I have been informed will be growing throughout the year as they become available and the holidays come back around.

Since my initial visit I have ordered several items (a babydoll, few mix & match, and a couple dresses) they do carry many of their items from Dreamgirl, Bodyzone, and Music Legs and I found that although the manufacturers are not listed, when I received the items and compared pricing they were the lowest on almost each one and with the exception of one which they were only off by $1.00 so I'll call that par !

As far as ordering and shipping goes it was a breeze to deal with The Lucky Lemur, on each item it displays the usual time it takes to ship an item and a further explanation can be found by clicking on the time. It took about 10 days for me to receive my last order, which was well stated and I knew beforehand. Shipping was FREE every time I ordered which was nice not having to hunt around for coupon codes or email the company. I also am a member of their facebook page and was able to use FACE10 to save an additional 10% ! Ordering was easy thanks in part to the fact you don't need to register and can just fill out your info and order. Account creation is optional. Order updates were at expected intervals i.e. when the order was place, confirmed and shipped. The tracking number was provided by email.

Overall , I have really enjoyed my shopping experience at the lucky lemur and have become a dedicated customer ! The customer service people have been very helpful and any questions I had were answered very promptly.
