"Credit card was charged next day after the order has been placed. Clearly, it has not been shipped because now, two weeks later, I have received nothing. Status of the order on insider.com shows "ordered", whatever it means.
While trying to call their phone number has been repeatedly told that "to talk about existing order I should call tomorrow". Looks like its time to call credit card company."
