Last week I had service that was spectacular ! They really went beyond great service.
This week is the exact opposite. My order and request was really dropped. Now to get the same order of $340 worth of merchandise is costing me an extra $150 in shipping costs.
It really makes that order not cost effective to get from Hydro Source. Because of the time constraints now put on me, I could not order from another place to get it in time.
Any future orders with have to be compared to "Other" companies.
I am sorry, but you are in business to make money... But I want to keep as much of my money as I can regardless of Loyalties now."

"I received my order fairly quickly. I have to say though, it was packaged pretty poorly. When it was delivered, one corner of the box was split, and one of the 4 liter bottles inside had its pour spout crushed into the bottle. Fortunately, nothing was spilled, and I was able to fix the bottle with a pair of ChannelLocks."
