"I placed an order November 24th. Today is January 9th and after probably 6-8 emails requesting help I got a notification on December 24th that my order had shipped. Wrong, according to USPS they created a shipping label but have yet to ship the item. I requested they look into it and just as before I am being ignored. There is zero reason for this type of service to not at least be satisfactory. I’m extremely disappointed and concerned I won’t even get my order which I have paid for. "

"Not only they never update there website (I happened to order a out of stock product and web site stating in stock) they wait for my email 3 days after it was confirmed( I was concerned that my order wasn't shipping) they tell me it's out of stock and I chose other kinds from there website to find out it's out of stock as well( we figured out a flavour they actually had to get my order shipped ) this has now been three weeks of emails not getting replied to and poor customer service( my package is denied at customs due to them not filling out a packing list properly) they tell me I can't get a shipping refund cause there negligence. Also still waiting for the refund to the shisha I've never received. "Their prices are great and that is basically the only good thing about this site. Two times in a row my order has not shipped on time. I wanted my money back for the order since it was taking over a week to ship (being labeled "unfulfilled") but you can't return any items till it has shipped. They don't answer emails or their phone and the "live chat" was unresponsive as well. I tried to connect to their Facebook page and it wasn't even for their site, but for the site that helped them build their website. The first time this happened, I was told that the post office lost my package and that was why it was labeled as "unfulfilled". They repacked my order and resent it but with the same shipping time. Literally the only reason I ordered from them again was because of the prices and thinking that this issue wouldn't happen again, and I was wrong. Shame on me. I feel robbed and don't know how to get my money back for this mistake."

"Thehookah.com offers by far the worst customer service. Shipping problems: never received product, then they said they could not refund me until the shipment returns to them & even then they could not refund shipping costs. Common sense says I should not have to pay a dime for a product I never received. They could have offered to send out another free of charge while they were waiting to locate the original shipment. Meanwhile I am waiting....over 2 weeks since placing my order....nothing. (Even if I do end up receiving this item, it is still way beyond the advertised timeframe and no attempts have been made to right that wrong. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using hookah-shisha.com and hookahcompany.com both out of Texas and have exceptional customer service and customer assistance. I have received 3 shipments from them (one of these a replacement item at their cost) in the time it has been since waiting on a single order from thehookah.com. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, there are much better options out there for your hookah needs!"

"I haven't had a good experience with TheHookah.com yet.

My first order took a long time to ship, and the base was smaller than expected. After returning, I stil haven't been refunded (2 months ago).

My second order was processed. Then when I check the status online a couple days later, it says "Backordered." Only after I emailed in did they inform me that their system isn't processing AMEX at this time, and to use a different card. I canceled the order.

Their customer service is terrible. Their live help is never available. Their prices are slightly lower than others, and they give a 5% military and education discount.

Id stay away though.
