"After I ordered a helicopter I checked the rating here and became worried. The comments were from 2006 though. My heli did arrive a little late, but it did come all the way from China. When I turned it on my ESC burned out with a puff of smoke. I emailed their service department. Within 2 hours I got a reply. We mailed back and forth for an hour and determined it was a burnt ESC(electronic speed control). They had it in the mail, free of charge within 24 hours of my first email. Now that good service. I guess if they have been around since 2006, they must be doing things right."
