"Ordered a CURT trailer hitch for my 2001 Sienna on 4/8/09. The website is intuitive for both ordering and finding parts. This vendor sends a confirmation email and another once the items have shipped. My order arrived 4/9/09 undamaged. I installed the hitch and the fit, finish and instructions are very good.
