"Have ordered many times from them with no issues at all but upon my last placed order from seller's website, received email confirmation of payment from seller. Website indicates that after an order is placed, another email with shipment tracking will be sent once shipped. This confirmation was never received, nor was the product. 3 different methods of contacting the seller resulted in no response at all. It was as if the company suddenly had dropped off the face of the earth. A month after I paid for the product I finally got my money refunded via opening a claim with PayPal. There is no acceptable excuse for this kind of treatment of customers of The Fashion Anchor. Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase from them again. Caution to anyone considering buying from them."
